Microsoft PowerPoint (and Other) Presentations

Some email programs restrict the size of an email attachment that can be downloaded to one's computer ... in some cases the limit is about 4 - 5 MB. Most of the PowerPoint slideshows and video files that circulate on the Web do not exceed that limit and thus are unaffected.

Occasionally, some of the slideshows that I developed, or some video files that I have developed/edited, exceed that arbitrarily imposed limit  (Juno seems to limit their email attachments to 4 MB ... anything over that and the email is rejected.) Note that this restriction applies only to email attachments and not to other large files that one wishes to download from the Internet, i.e., Program files, large video files, etc.

To overcome that difficulty, I have moved the larger PowerPoint Presentations (and some other types) that I have developed or edited to this site and provided a link to the recipients so that they can download the file and open it on their computer. In the list below, find the presentation file that you wish to download, Right-Click on it, and choose the, "Save Target As .." option. On the menu that opens,  select where on your computer you want the file stored. The file will be download to your computer ... you can then double-click on it to open (run).

Note: (I usually download everything to the Desktop where it can easily be found ... after viewing the file, you can then determine if you want to keep it or simply delete it. If you decide to keep the file, you can move it to a folder of your choice.)
